EastEnders bosses are planning a controversial gay surrogacy storyline.
Albert Square couple Christian Clarke and Syed Masood will ask mum-of-three Glenda Mitchell (Glynis Barber) to help them become fathers by having their baby.

It will be the first ever "gay dad" plot on a British soap.
An EastEnders source said: "Christian and Syed having a baby together will be the biggest storyline on the soap this year, and one of the most controversial in the programme's history.
"Producers think it will be a ratings hit and prove a massive talking point among viewers."
